A: An adjustable elastic band is strategically placed in the lace and on the cap. The tension created once the band is pulled back and adjusted because your neck, pulls the lace closure to your skin. Also combs are inside wig cap for a very secure fit.

We also provide dome cap wig option for a snug fit, with adjustable elastic band can be wear glueless.

 

Q: Can I still glue it down if I want to?

A: Yes. The glueless fixture is there for security ,if you wish to use adhesive you may.

 

Q: How do I cut the lace on the wig?

A: To achieve a natural look, we recommend cutting the excess lace in a zigzag shape as close to the hairline as possible, leaving little to no lace visible.

Q: How long will the hair last?

A: Our Virgin hair lifespan is 1-2 years;

Our Raw Burmese hair lifespan is 3-5 years;

Q: Can I straighten or curl the hair?

A: Absolutely! Our hair extensions can be styled just like your natural hair – although the less heat the better. Don’t forget to use heat protectants to prevent heat damage and dryness.

 

Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?

A: Of course! Our Raw Burmese hair will lift to blonde #613; Raw Lao will life to #60 (lighter than #613). Our Virgin Hair will lift to light #27.

We suggest letting professional hairdressers handle coloring for the healthiest results and to preserve the quality of the hair.

It is important to follow up bleaching with a deep conditioning treatment to ensure your raw hair remains healthy and nourished.

 

Q: How do I wash the hair?

A: Before wetting, gently brush extensions from bottom to top to remove tangles. Using water carefully & slowly wet hair with water & shampoo, moving in a downward motion. Rinse thoroughly and condition.

To keep hair hydrated and nourished, apply a leave-in conditioner and leave to air dry completely before brushing again. When rinsing out conditioner or washing your hair, make sure the water is flowing in a downward direction as you don’t want to cause any unnecessary knots.

 

Q: How often should I wash the hair?

A: Raw hair needs to be treated like your own, wash and condition it 1-2 times a week, depending on product build-up.

 

Q: What shampoo should I use?

We recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo to keep your hair extensions well-hydrated. .

 

Q: How should I comb the hair?

A: Always use a wide-tooth comb or a brush like the Tangle Teezer, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots gently.

 

Q: Can I sleep or shower with the wig?

A: Use a silk scarf or bonnet while sleeping. Wear a shower cap when showering.

A: Yes, we recommend wash it before installing.

Exchange available within 7 days after the delivery date.
