Change & Cancel Policy

Once an order is placed, our team works on it immediately to make sure it can be shipped asap.

Please review all details before placing your order, we can’t change shipping address after order placed, and can only make limited changes to the product after order placed.

We can't change or cancel the order once it's shipped. Please contact us asap for any change or cancel.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchange available within 7 days after the delivery date. 

Products must stay in original brand new condition, unused, can’t be altered in any way.

Please note shipping fee and related Customs duty fee will not be covered. You will need to pay for [shipping fee of the returned product] and [shipping fee of the new product to you]

IMPORTANT: If you don't follow our exchange policy, your shipment will be rejected.
